Syrup Room Operative

On behalf of our prestigious client, Princes Soft Drinks, we currently have exciting opportunities for Syrup Room Operatives to work in their modern factory based in the BD4 Tong Street area of Bradford.

Princes Soft Drinks are the third largest supplier of soft drinks in the UK  in a market worth £8 billion annually.

This is a fast paced food production environment so you will need to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness of the work areas.  Particular to this role you will need to be numerate and literate, pay close attention to detail, and have a good understanding of weighing and measurement.

Physical fitness is important as some heavy lifting is involved.

Duties include assisting with the measuring and weighing of raw ingredients which include powders, and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Hours of work are 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00, rotating from days to nights covering weekdays and weekends, so a commitment to this shift pattern is essential.

The hourly rate of pay is £6.50, plus overtime.

A uniform will be provided, there is free on-site parking, and you will have access to the discounted company shop.

This is temporary long term work with the possibility of permanent work for the right candidate.
