Our client is an award winning marker leader and IT specialist in providing the Public Sector a range of IT software, PC Hardware and Information Assurance products and services. Due to our clients significant success, Relay Recruitment are recruiting for Telesales Executive.
As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for talking to Public Sector customers evaluating and understanding their needs, resulting in successful achievement of business.As a Telesales Executive your duties will include;
- Generating new business through cold calls
- Being responsible for developing sales to existing customers in set areas
- Obtaining accurate sales information about likely business prospects
- Making prospective customers fully aware of the range of goods and services offered
- Canvassing support for seminars and other marketing activity
- Conducting telephone call follow-up for mail shots and other marketing activity.
The successful candidate will;
- Have previous sales experience - ideally within the IT industry
- Be target driven and the ability to self motivate
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate
